the thin line between dieting and malnutrition

When it comes to diet, most people misunderstanding the word "Diet" it self. Diet is the sum of food consumed by a person, while Dietary habits are the habitual decisions an individual or culture makes when choosing what foods to eat.

see, it has nothing to do with the word "slim" or "loose weight"!. For our culture, the word "diet" is use to describe people who's conscious about what they eat, or refer to people who's trying to loose weight. Even some people understand diet as not consume anything except water! (which is embarrassing!)

"eh, ko dah kurus sikit la, ko diet ehhh..."

"ala, si minah tu, memang ar kurus, dia diet... kita ni makan je apa depan mata"

" nak kurus? kena la diet..."

"tak makan ke?" " aku dietla..."

alaahai... orang kita....

pemahaman tentang diet pon tak pass lagi, makna diet pon tak tahu... camna nak berdiet?

There's a very thin line between dieting and malnutrition. Well, actually, this 2 things are completely different! (if you understand the real meaning of diet)

Its a nice meal for breakfast, but definitely malnutrition for lunch!
